Mr. AC(67 year old)came with the complaint of Ptosis of left upper eyelid, with blurring of vision.
Ptosis was due to a soft tissue lesion in the left frontal sinus which was diagnosed as mucocele(benign lesion).
Mucocele was operated in Jan 2012 followed by Ptosis.
Patient complained of numbness in frontal region and left supraorbital region.
He had chronic sinusitis since last 20 years. Left sided headache and tinnitus.
He also had Psoriasis on both hands and soles since 2000.
He had undergone bypass surgery in 2007.
He is very honest, sincere and cannot support injustice.
